Didn't panic, checked the garage, and made three phone calls when the person who I had supposed would be taking me to my appointment was not present. Went to where they were and absconded with them.
Talked through exactly where the communication breakdown had happened. It was on the second reschedule, where I assumed that "Okay, they rescheduled this appointment on me AGAIN, now it's Feb 7th" would carry over all the previous information (including that I would need a ride), but it hadn't.
Got through the appointment with anxiety meds, a lovely decal on the inside of the CT scanner tunnel, and a delightful playlist.
Did not dance to "It's The End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" while in the scanner. Limited myself to just thinking about singing along, since actual singing along would have compromised the imaging.
