Date: 2025-02-27 04:45 am (UTC)I made a new dish as part of dinner. Cabbage & glass noodle Stirfry to go with the crispy pan fried soft tofu. It turned out very yummy and I will probably make it again.

Date: 2025-02-28 12:10 am (UTC)When I was little and Mom canned things, failed jelly or jam was declared to be pancake syrup and devoured in that format. It always came out about that consistency. Also works great on cheesecake or ice cream as a pour-over topping. *ponder* Would probably also work for homemade soda if you added it to a fizzy base, but I've only used simple syrup for that.
