I woke up and got out of bed at 6:15 - 6 hours earlier than my average wake up time - and got the dog to her vet appointment!

well she doesn't need surgery to remove the hairbrush she ate, so that's a plus!

Worked the University open day.

I had a restful day off at home. I resisted temptation to make cookies and had tea and some peanut butter in celery instead.

Very good! Rest, tea and snacks all sound quite restorative.

I helped out with a major cleaning push and did a little bit of computer surgery.
