I made a big pot of tofu chili. First time ever using this recipe! It turned out well and was delicious but I possibly overate and am now slipping into a food coma.

We (my Household/the Yuletide Cell) attacked the Grapevine That Ate The Neighborhood and its accomplices, the Trees that Endlessly Sprout, the Vines of Doom and the Mint That Will Not Die, and were successful in ridding our property of their Vile Influences.

I also did my damned laundry, but the big thing was the Death Of the Creeping Green!

After several weeks of trying to arrange it around time-zone differences, work schedules, computer death, and family issues, my bestie and I finally skyped today! We had a long and much-needed catching up session, and I feel so much happier and more like myself now that I've talked to her!
