Finally made a big dent into my 'to-grade' pile. I wish I could hibernate in January because this shit happens every year...
Two communities I co-admin have been slowly but surely getting more subscribers. *pats self*.
Had to do lots of tests because of The Thing That Happened, which hopefully won't happen to me too any time soon, and despite some anomalies I'm not worried. I actually feel confident there's nothing to be worried about as far as I'm concerned and I hope being positive helps my parents feel this way too.

I shovelled another knee-high snowfall off the sidewalks around my house (which is on a corner), and threw it all onto the 5–6 foot (150–180 cm) piles of snow in my yard.

... Boston weather, this is bananas.

...It has just rained for several days in succession which apparently counts as a major storm over here in California, so the thought of dealing with that much snow (snow!) is basically O_O
