Took some more steps in narrowing down the kind of career I'd like to aim for and/or might actually be good at! Bewildering, exciting, scary stuff, all this thinking-about-the-future. (It's something I don't usually do, which is probably why so much of it still needs doing when I'm in my 30s.)

Went into town to have a walk and a leisurely lunch with a work colleague and her son. It was a lovely day.
