Date: 2026-03-09 06:43 am (UTC)But last night and today have been that creeping low level pain that you don't realize because you're trying to distract yourself, but as soon as you move after reading or watching anime, there it is again...
Today, or tonight I guess. Tonight I am doing the self care I think will help. Massaging the sole of the bad foot. V-sits with gentle leg rotation, toes rolling forward, and gently back. I actually did some moisturizer on my skin today, I NEVER remember that.
And I took a flexiril. So I can hopefully get pain free sleep 😴 and the muscles *should* relax overnight. Fingers 🤞 crossed! 😮💨
Wish me luck. Also I should poke my doctor about leg swelling, so that's a thing.
