Asked for help with a few minor household tasks (taking out garbage bags of used cat litter, changing a lightbulb.)

I hate asking for help, it doesn't come naturally or easily to me, but I am trying to get better at asking for help for things that are trivial to other people but pain-aggravating for me.

It's really difficult to ask for help. I hate it too and I know I'm nowhere near good enough at it. But it's great you were able to look after yourself by not putting yourself in avoidable pain.

Lugged furniture up and down stairs. Put a bed frame together. Got the bedroom tidier than it's ever been. :)
