Had a brilliant time at the beach. Baby had his first roll around in the sand on the Norfolk coast!

Was prescribed a lower dosage for my sleeping medication and still slept, slept, slept. After months and even years of insomnia this never fails to feel amazing.

Did lots of work on a project. Finished another.

Got out. Starting to listen better to myself.
