Made phone call; straightened out medical billing issue thereby. (They had my money. They just hadn't connected it to the account yet, and consequently sent me a notice saying thirty days past due.)

So frustrating when that happens. I'm glad the money was there, at least! Well done for straightening it out; I hate dealing with stuff like that.

They cashed my check on Jul 7. If the money hadn't been there, I'da had a fit.

Did lots of being-a-carer. But also did a nice thing for myself by having pub lunch with a friend and catching up on how we're both doing.

Every time you mention going on walks I wistfully look out the window and wish I could do that. Maybe I'll wander down to Navy Pier tonight...

Had someone I'd never met come to my flat and pick up something I was selling them and I didn't completely freak out. Yay!

I accomplished not panicking and not catastrophizing myself into panic over a work meeting. If I can do the same about the followup, that will be a complete win.
