Went for a walk with out of town friends.

First really full-on day back at work. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone.

Went for a run!

Carrying on with my culinary adventures: yesterday was Quiche Lorraine and pear and muesli muffins.

Went out.

Didn't completely freak out when I woke up way too early after too little sleep.

Fridge is full, and not just with frozen meals. Yay!
