It's challenge time!

Went to therapy.

Loaded dishwasher.

Took the toddler to an eye appointment at the hospital, and then to the optician to order her glasses.

Wibbled a lot, but managed to contain it until after dropping her off at nursery and going home.

Studied kanji like a boss, even when other things were massively distracting.

Did not let a panic-thing ruin my day.
