I went to my 8 am medical appointment and survived. Then I made a bingo card about crappy medical appointments. Now am doing self care!

Bingo card sounds useful, though I'm always sorry such things are necessary coping mechanisms! And yay for self-care.

Moved furniture around and tidied up my bedroom so it's a bit nicer a place to be now! Still bigger stuff to sort but it's already an improvement.

Haven't rushed to get to work on time yet.

A full day supervising animals after having helped my partner get packed for a short trip, and I still had time to do other things on the Honey Do list.
