Did something I was dreading and anxious about. It went fine! Now I just need to deal with the aftereffects of the anxiety attack. :(

I am knitting and watching a favorite TV show, one I've seen a million times so I don't have to work too hard to enjoy it. :) I'm lucky that now I've got the urgent difficult stuff out of the way, there isn't a lot I absolutely need to do today.
