Did not actually lose my shit at any point during the day. Not at work, when the prospect of losing my shit was imminent at several points during the day, and not at the house, where it was fortunately calmer.

Accepted that I'm not going to be able to reply to my entire backlog of DW & LJ comments, and marked as "Read" a bunch of old stuff that's been causing me guilt. Am trying not to feel too terrible about this. :/
