Went to medicare to try and sort out specialist rebate.

Went to physio.

Went to BUPA to claim physio rebate.

Had lunch with a friend.

Dropped scripts off at chemist, ordered something they don't usually stock.

Checked my PO box.

I went for a late evening walk. Just 'around the block', which I think we worked out is about 2km. I don't get to go for a night walk often, because I'm usually too fatigued/in pain by evening. But walking helps some (and worsens others - am 'pleasantly' achy). And I got to chat with a friend who really needed the chance to just talk.

Took the car in for (what turned out to be) minor repair. Did not smack down the employee for being condescending. Go me.

Sufficiently sneakily silent that I got to run errands outside without waking my partner.
