Fixed a money thing that's been hanging over my head since I returned from maternity leave. (Do not like dealing with money things.)

Coached eldest through the cooking of a new dish. Sadly, we don't yet have the necessary specific conversion rates for different flour types for different dishes, so we had pasta sauce that was approximately curried rubber, but it was Very Tasty. But we will learn.
