Got a proper bra fitting. Upset about the cost of replacing all my bras, but am glad that I will not have to deal with back pain and difficulty breathing anymore.

*nods* Being able to reliably buy the size that fits has made a great deal of difference for me, too. Fewer headaches, less shoulder strain, less general aches. I have no idea why, in the last 20 years, the size has gone from 'ha, nobody makes those' to being able to buy them relatively cheaply in Target (by which I mean about 2.5 times the price I spent on buying small cup size bras for my teenager).
