Date: 2013-09-23 08:05 pm (UTC)It IS. It's great with extra sharp cheddar and on olive oil sea salt Saltines. When I write up the recipe, I can send it to you. It's is easy to halve, too. If you don't have the supplies or desire to can, you can just stick it in the fridge.
