Dealt with a small thing straightaway even though I really didn't want to, thus preventing it from becoming a much larger thing due to avoidance.

Recognised symptoms as 'unwell' rather than 'just push through, and it will hurt less', went back to bed, and slept about 6 extra hours. Unsettled, not well, but grumpy about not being able to do anything.

Cleaning out my link drawers to "manageable", also got to play a little with family members, which was very nice.
