Made a vegetable bake last night.

Got about half of the documents I have to submit by Thursday into a "final" state.

Helped a friend put stuff in her loft and take garbage to the tip/things to be donated to a charity shop. My own house is still a disaster but my friend's hugely grateful!

Did not go into full-on self-rage when it turns out a think I thought was taken care of wasn't. It'll be okay.

Got a really big disappointment. Kept calm. Carried on.

Went through some difficult discussions with work people.
Did my damndest not to let my personal dislike interfere with my professional goals.

Holed up in a closet privacy room until I felt less like a being of pure and potent frustration and more like a professional workmonster that can get things done again.
