It's challenge time!

Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.

Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!

Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!

Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Go!

Provided A++++++++ emotional support by telephone to partner about a job interview that did not go as planned because [prospective employer] was behaving very badly.

Got breakfast @ local vegan gluten free cafe.

Caught train to Subiaco to get groceries.

Stopped by chemist to get aspirin, earplugs, facemask.

Did not lose my temper at men who wanted to play chicken with my powerchair.

Dear men (and it was 100% men[1]) walking up [street name] this afternoon: if a powerchair is coming slowly down the footpath in the opposite direction that you are walking up the footpath, try stepping 30cm to the left or to the right. Don't just stand dead still in my path, fold your arms and glare. Also don't extremely grudgingly move 5cm to the right, I need more room than that.

One man was so determined to Not Budge that he very grudgingly moved 5cm to the right, rather than take a proper step out of the way... which meant that the rim of my umbrella bumped his hat/head because that was nowhere near enough room for me to pass him.

[1] It's not that all men do this, but that, of the people who do this, they are overwhelmingly men. Women make up maybe 2% of this on average, and 0% today.

You are awesome and epic, and WTFF are those men even doing? Why would they do that? NO.

Actually did some of the assignment question I was going to blow off and replace with a snarky comment about pointless questions. Probably will not do the rest. But have resigned myself to not being the student I once was, and am not hunting that HD.
