Built a bed frame! Delighted to have this, free from friends who I did a favor for by taking it because they needed rid of it. I lugged all the pieces upstairs and screwed/bolted them together myself!

Double. So really it'd have been a lot easier with someone else to help, or to be able to be in two places at once. :)

Got second opinion from different dentist. Turns out that I didn't need 3 root canals and 3 crowns. I only need 1 filling and to get a mouth guard made for sleeping.

Went ahead and got filling done.

Good heavens. That's a massive discrepancy in diagnosis. I'm glad you don't have to have all that work done!

Got quite a lot of work done. Didn't look at Brexit fallout (which continues to be appalling in all senses) until after working hours.

Made dinner for the family. Cuddled the kids a lot.

Went to two chemists to pick up meds, and Post Office.

Had a shower.

Put ear drops in x 2.

Worked out that I could avoid headache-inducing paint fumes where they were painting the underpass, by taking a lengthy detour I hadn't taken before.

Not only wrote, but made my daily quota a lot earlier than usual! Exercised!
