Cycled to & from Parkrun! A very hilly 16 km round trip.

Volunteered for the first time at Parkrun, as a marshal! Think I'm well suited to it, being of an effusive nature & enjoying encouraging others. Will do it again.

Yes it is! (The trick seems to be getting a little bit in before I eat. Then it's easier to go back and do the rest, somehow.)

Went for a swim. Couldn't do my usual because my Rx has definitely affected my endurance . . . I guess I have to get used to it first.

Went to ballet class, decided against trying to do All! The! Things! afterward when it transpired I'd done something to my shoulder.

I have not been as clever this week. Although, this week's ballet class related injury is the inter-costal muscles on the same side!
