Did sensible things.

Talked or otherwise communicated with all the top 4 people on my current crush list.

Invited the person who may not be aware that they are on the current crush list to inquire about the people on it.

I was going to tell the current top party on the crush list that I liked them in person, utterly failed to form mouth-words, and resorted to texting them the names of the top four. This was ... less helpful than it could have been, as they have a super common name -- there are no fewer than three in our circle of mutual acquaintance alone.

Managed to set aside a really frustrating day at work so that I could enjoy my time with my kids in the evening.

Survived a day of severe free-floating, biochemical-type anxiety.

Went to chemist.

Went to physiotherapist.

Called up and asked bank to reduce my credit card limit from $3000 to $2000. (Plan to further reduce it to $1000 in the future.)

I got through the work day on a really bad brain day. And got groceries!

And then I went to work and had a good day and talked a bit more with someone about all of the stuff going on.
