Doctor appointment and X-rays. Got a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, which upgrades hand surgery from "possible" to "probable". The thing I am proud of is I have not yet broken down crying.

After two weeks of intending to do it, I finally repaired the pre-schooler's rucksack strap.

Went for a run.

Good for you! Fixing things is kinda revolutionary considering the disposable-everything mentality we encounter every day.

Managed to get myself out the door despite a serious case of the I Don't Wannas.

Went and saw the new Star Trek movie.

Resisted the temptation to eat icecream even though I really wanted to (my eczema is flaring up, and sugar makes it worse.)

Watched Game of Thrones.

Had an icy, ICY shower despite the cold weather (warm showers = ALL THE ECZEMA).

I've been suffering with the I Don't Wannas too -- well done for overcoming them!

My husband has psoriasis which also leads to some cold baths/showers so I know how that goes (luckily he's always too hot anyway...) :)

Glad you enjoyed the film! My boyfriend's seen it and says I'd like it, so we might go next time I visit.

Cut my hair! It's nice and short and doesn't look too untidy (for this week, anyway!). Think I'll have to buy new clippers, though.

Cleaned the bathroom. (Partly because it was then full of hair!)
