Cut the front hedge - about 15 feet - from the chair, completely filling the brown bin (garden recycling) for the second time this year. Arms were not happy when I finished. On previous evidence this may take a fortnight to wear off, though I iced my shoulders to a minor degree and they actually feel better today than I expected.

Yeah, after effects lasted less than a day, as opposed to the month plus of the last attempt at hedge trimming.

Took minutes at a conference that lasted all day. When I wasn't expecting to. Longhand. I am not used to that much writing. And trying to keep up with everyone talking was exhausting!

And now I get to type them up. Lucky me. :)

It was about five hours, with an hour's break in the middle. I felt like my brain had been replaced with cotton wool by the end of it, for sure. :)
