Discussed a thing that made me upset amongst my crew, such that I was not entirely consumed with woe when discussing it elsewhere.

Did laundry!

Discovered that while doing laundry tired me out, that I have popped back fairly nicely, without needing an evening nap. Hooray recovery!

There's someone who has been treating someone I'm rather fond of quite poorly, and I really would like to sit down with them, and two cups of tea, and let them know that their shenanigans are observed and not appreciated.

I did not run out of cope yesterday. I thought I was gonna, being as ow and also only four hours of sleep.

I figured out how to be the (or at least an, and hopefully a more mature) adult in a situation with one or two of my college classmates. (Bet you the offender and his defender are both nineteen or twenty. I'm twenty-seven.)

I am acknowledging the existence of feelings. I would appreciate methods for dispelling them and/or integrating them in such a way that I can be okay with them rather than fearing them and the situation that may generate them.

I remembered to get up from my desk and take a walk in the park nearby to work. (Hatched a Rhyhorn, too, but that's less relevant.)

Emotions are difficult. Sometimes "I am feeling this and it is important" can be helpful. Sometimes "I am feeling this, but it is at odds with what I would like to have happen" can help. Really depends on the specific situation in a lot of cases.

Attempting to be Vulcan was not ultimately helpful to me in the long term. I believe that my good friend Purple tried a similar trick. It similarly failed to do good things in his life, though I am sure it must have been temporarily useful.

A pressure valve would be of most user in these situations. I think I have one and am acquiring more, but it is still difficult.
