Got some things done.

Survived learning some of my new (and temporary) post-surgical limits.

Went for a picnic with some fellow parents/children.

Ate some unexpectedly delicious ice cream.

I voluntarily contacted people using my phone, which is a focus of anxiety but also potentially fun and convenient and I need to focus on the latter.

Finished a book, weeded the garden, mowed the lawn, cleaned the bathroom, put down a draft of a story from the files of plots that don't fit exchanges but are fun to write anyway. Then fed animals, cleaned the kitchen and changed out the litter boxes.

Now comes building a buffer back up of essays and other writings.

Went to Perth Science Festival, successfully navigated my powerchair through a large, reasonably tightly-packed crowd which included LOTS of very small children darting everywhere unpredictably. Managed not to bump into anyone or run over anyone's feet.

I went for a walk that was (a) longer than "do I hafta, maybe I'll just go for a few blocks" (b) shorter than "screw the rest of the day I'm going for a walk" (c) rather pleasant and included pretty pictures of flowers.
