Helped husband do really difficult and stressful things. We're both glad that they are done.

Swallowed my pride and admitted to myself and the people who needed to know that I couldn't actually handle a thing that was causing me undue stress, even though I had previously said I thought I could.

That's a tough thing to be able to do (especially when under the kinds of stress that make it necessary), well done for doing it!

I finally changed the light bulb in my bedroom instead of just figuring that eh, whatever, I'm only in there after dark to go to bed, and I can grab things out of there by the light from the hall just as well.

It took the better part of a week between being gone for the weekend and being all out of give-half-a-damn, but it got done.

Worked toward having a plan and doing some of the things on that plan. Which meant difficult thinking and having to admit to things outside of a perfect world scenario.

Went to GP to get admin stuff done so I could see psychologist and get a partial refund.

Read newspapers and highlighted the good news stories to SO, who was in need of good news.

Went to film.
