Finished a work thing that will be useful. (Vague writing is vague, sorry.)

Did not lock myself out of my car, despite repeatedly apparently trying to lose my keys.

Checked mail.

Housework.

Embarked upon a task with appropriate preparations, but was alarmed when it went unexpectedly non-optimally. Sought out comfort and physical contact.

Communication, including around a somewhat fraught topic.

Despite only sleeping from 4am til 9:46am; starting the day with bad hip pain; and developing a mild headache midway through the day:

Followed up taxi that was 1 hour late every 15 minutes;

Made complaint re taxi being late;

Dropped stuff at op shop;

Asked Scary Librarian to hold the door to the disabled toilet open for me x 2;

Mailed letter to my landlord re roof: may need inspection so it doesn't collapse;

Bought groceries;

Asked clerk to get stuff off tall shelves for me x 2;

Asked clerk not to pat me on shoulder condescendingly x 1;

Chemist for OTC meds, including checking OTC meds safe to combine with my prescription meds and SO's prescription meds;

Went to a shop to see if they had a thing I needed (they didn't, but hey, at least I tried);

Told man on train who was invading my personal space to sit down "so he didn't bump my sore leg". He looked askance but complied;

Newsagent: Bought blank notepads;

Post office to check my mail;

Mailed Important Form;

Put groceries away in fridge and freezer.

Productive meetings.

Not actively swearing in front of someone who was just giving me information, however bad of news it was for me.

Knocking back a brainweasel attack effectively.
