Recognized the reality of my body being predictable, and took steps to take care of it.
A very *very* nice chat.
Nice dinner out with my friend, at which I was not *too* egregiously delighted over my sweetie.

I basically need to schedule myself an hour or three shortly after any pelvic exam, to allow proper recovery.
