Got sufficient sleep.

Did some useful household things despite still feeling like a zombie.

Started Yuletide prep!

Observed that my usual early-week dinner companion was feeling iffy; proposed a sufficiently low-key venue that dinner was suddenly a great idea.

Talked about the doctor visit from hell.

Supportive communication, hopefully.

Converted a slightly too small (lengthwise) leotard into a dance costume with skirt, using the waistband of the skirt to solve the 'too small' problem. I need to do a little hand sewing, but I'm pretty pleased with the results.

Helped get the family out of the house early enough to be able to go back to bed for an hour before work. Felt much better for the additional rest.

I did my table captain thing at staff day. Got lots of compliments on costume choice. Was feeling a bit bummed about my getting compliments for the work I do, but resilience.
