Did all my therapy homework within hours of getting home from therapy. And walked around the city park.

I wrote a letter in response to D's PIP refusal. It was difficult and it took up time I needed for work but it is finished and I don't have to keep worrying about it.

Scraped together the courage to speak up about a work thing that's been stressing me out badly. Received positive initial feedback that left me feeling like a way forward will be found that will reduce the stress.

Made it through work yesterday without feeling completely wiped, took a walk, and got a good night's sleep before today.

Despite being entirely bent out of shape about a thing, accepted that my being bent out of shape about it was not a helpful reaction, nor that I should have had any expectation of things going differently, given the subject.

Did not overreact to that thing, either.
