Changed 2 litter trays for the cats. FINALLY. I'd been trying to do it since Monday (today is Friday) and it was getting pretty dire.

Had a shower.

Some laundry.

Slept sufficiently.

Communication, wherein we learned that the mere act of starting to untangle a miscommunication with my partner puts me back into a calm and happy mindset. (Even if the miscommunication involved me getting considerably aggravated at the bad behavior of a third party.)

Fun social time and snuggling with a local friend.
