It's challenge time!

Examined how I felt and realized when I wouldn't likely be okay.

Communication with all parties involved. Realizing that even though I hadn't meant badly, I was still the one who had screwed up. Acted accordingly.

Work towards making the world a better place in some tiny ways.

Revised evening plans: less dinner out, more communication. Figured out a plan to address some of what had gone wrong, by examining my fears in detail.

Learned that I have my partner's forgiveness. Considered forgiving myself.

Went to bed in a timely manner.
