Indeed, survived the following two days of busy quite well; in retrospect, I should not have been at all surprised at the complete collapse that eventuated Monday.

I'm some better -- functional enough mentally to be making progress, but struggling enough physically that I haven't tried swimming or skating this week, because both require the ability to then drive home afterwards.

Thanks. Storm last night *should* have helped, but here I am, lying on the bed doing anything that needs doing on the computer that catches my attention (very much in a kitten with two pieces of string kind of way)
