Gently raged about the inadequate standard of care for crippling insomnia as executed by Kaiser Permanente. Also, talked to my headologist about literally trusting my partner with the life of a stranger. (Old news, but indicative of the way we can click and work together when it matters most. The person was okay.)

Spent excellent time with my partner as planned, including thinking about a vacation, planning outings and social time, and going to bed early.
