Mostly reassured people that I'm fine, because I live in Manchester, and then tried to actually be fine.

Self care is a good thing

Instead of staying in by myself and being sad about the Manchester bombing, I went out for coffee with another human who was more directly affected by them, and listened and was sympathetic.

Left the house to do an errand, only got as far as bus-stop before errand got cancelled. Dragged self home (it's less than 500m. This was a good day to not leave the house). Did study instead, including proactively finding a solution to something rather than using 'don't have the data' as an excuse to stop and read fic. Found a workable solution to 'I cannot eat that junk food the rest of the family are eating'.

Made sensible decisions about sleep vs. packing and other necessary tasks. This did mean that I was functioning on 2.5 hours of sleep because I couldn't get back to sleep by 6am. I got things packed and discussed the move logistics with the office. Then I fed myself and waited for a vaguely reasonable hour before going to bed.
