So much work.

But afterward, filled up the paddling pool & played with the kids in the garden in the sun.

Went to the dentist.
Went to the DMV.
After waiting in the shorter of the interminable lines (turns out that the handicapped line is in *fact* the correct one for me despite the step count I racked up today, because I was shaky and sweating by the time I got to the counter) I discovered that I needed to call and fax, not go to the office.
So I called, and got a hilarious bit of confusion on all sides when the person on the other end of the phone thought I had a different paper than the one I did have.
Who the fuck has a fax machine these days? I mean, who that is not a business or running a small business out of their home?
And then I slung boxes around for a bit, including taking some of the This Box Is Not Staying box out, discarding the utterly broken shelf, and starting to stack some of the living-room items in the hall where the broken shelf had been.

Oh, and various chatter with my partner, on daily matters and on relationship matters. Hooray for partnership.

Sat at my desk to study for half the day (and then moved to the couch, and kept studying). This is an improvement on many of the recent weeks, in which sitting has been a struggle, and I have been attempting to study from bed, and not doing well enough.

Talked to my partner, and got to see what it will be like to have to set up and take down the 3D printers at work.
