It's challenge time!
Remember that goal you set on Monday? Time to tell us how you did!
Feel free tell us about just one goal, or some or all of your goals, if you set more than one.
Some (optional!) things to consider:
* What went well?
* What didn't go so well?
* What might you change for next time?
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and cheer them on!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange, or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.
Go!

Date: 2013-11-24 05:42 pm (UTC)1. Apply for at least 10 jobs.
* What went well?
-- I applied for 10 jobs! YAY!
* What didn't go so well?
-- I discovered several times that there were mistakes (typos/left out words) in cover letters I had already sent out. ARGH.
* What might I change for next time?
-- I need to improve my attention to detail so that those mistakes happen less frequently. One thing I can do there is maybe write the letter and then come back to it an hour or two later and read it over slowly before sending it off.
2. Seven levels of maths.
* What went well?
-- I did EIGHT levels. BOOYAH.
-- Did quite a lot of debugging of the process by which I do algebra.
* What didn't go so well?
-- I experienced a certain amount of frustration due to getting calculations wrong and making what seemed to me to be "stupid" errors.
* What might I change for next time?
-- Working more slowly and remembering to check my work before I submit/get too attached to an answer would be something I can definitely try to work on.
Whee! Overall I'm fairly pleased.

Date: 2013-11-24 07:59 pm (UTC)Not fall behind on my grading.
Keep flat at Cleanville.
Not wake up with a headache on Saturday (I think I figured out what's causing it).
Getting there:
Finish all first era challenges in Reus.
Didn't do as well as I hoped I would:
Keep following my evening routine so I get enough and better sleep and can go to work earlier.
Putting it out there helped me figure what was important to me at the time but I also immediately felt pressured into succeeding which was so so bad so I think next time I'll aim for fewer things and things which are less problematic for me.

Date: 2013-11-25 02:02 am (UTC)2) I got... part way into my pattern drafting. Taking measurements turned out to be more tedious than I anticipated, so while I did get measurements done, I didn't get around to the physical drawing-and-cutting-and-sewing bit.
I think part of the problem was having no real concrete timeline of 'get this step done tonight, get this next step done tomorrow' for myself, and... my motivation has just generally been super-low. I feel like I need a project buddy to chat with on G+ or something while I work on things, maybe.
