NOTE: It is highly unlikely that I'll remember to post here next Monday and Wednesday. Is anyone able to take on those days?

I'm going to be out of my usual state, so my availability to take that on would be spotty.

I can give it a whack, but if I haven't posted by 11am Pacific time (GMT -7) I'll have probably been too busy to think about it.

I, too, was thinking about volunteering, but with the risk of being flaky. Shall we be each other's backups? I'm in GMT +8, so not quite sure how early would be appropriate to post (ie. if I were to post at noon, it would still be the day before in most of the Americas, right?). I'm happy enough to do 'it if isn't posted by the time I get off the computer (theoretically 9pm) , make the post' and hope I remember.

I finally dragged myself to campus and finished scanning an overdue interlibrary loan so I could return it, something I've been putting off for days. I also acquired an application form for COBRA, so that I'll have health insurance after my contract ends at the end of June.

Started sorting out my umpteen endnote libraries, to try and create three (or four) topic specific ones rather than one huge lumpy one and many that are related to specific projects long gone.

I went to an attempt to resolve things with my adversary. It didn't happen, because I apparently didn't know my own resources to offer and need to do more research.

12 hour work day. Got through it.

Things towards getting established in my new home, including some of talking to insurance companies.

Comfort and solidarity to my beloved, who is going through a rough time.

Collusion with my metamour, in communication making sure that things go more smoothly in our future, and in quiet talks about budgets done quite literally over our partner's head.

Cursing in solidarity about the ways of cats: about the glass-breaking kitty whose appetite for exploration is driven by the idea that there might be food hidden somewhere, and about the cat who believed that the new item brought into a room smelled insufficiently like home and took action to change that. (Of the things hit, the crocheting project and the case for my backup test kit were washable in vinegar, and the tote bag was on its last legs such that I'd already bought a replacement within the past week and a half.)

Solidarity with my sister, whose relationship is not good.
