I went for two walks.

I did some chores and cleaning.

I made an apppointment to get help sorting out my taxes.

I tried eating a food that might or might not be okay/safe for me to eat, and took note of my reactions. (Verdict: probably no.)

I communicated with my partner and checked our respective schedules. (I should call my sibling tomorrow!)

I noticed anxiety and made reasonable plans and did soothing things instead of totally freaking out.

I was okay.

Went to Leeds, went to BiCon, saw lots of friends, got a train by myself from Leeds which I hate doing.

I went to a debrief meeting that went around and around in circles. But it may turn out that one of the other people and I work together in complementary and synergistic ways, so we could turn out to be quite useful as a set of organisers.

Hurrah for turning a circular meeting into something with more potential forward momentum!
