Realized that I got my dates wrong when I booked a week ago and I need a hotel Sunday/Monday, not Saturday/Sunday. So I called Hotwire's customer service line instead of just assuming they wouldn't change it and trying to make it work. (ended up with a booking fifty bucks cheaper and on the side of town where I need to be, so...)

Not too, but it's definitely pushing in the direction of making everyone the same, and it didn't provide a lot of opportunity to let us be proud of ourselves.

Sadly, surveys/data collection forms, like teaching, are things that people are just so sure are easy/obvious. Drives me up the wall.
