Just One Thing (6 September 2017)
Sep. 6th, 2017 07:00 pmIt's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

A solid start on both the essays I need to write.
Didn't get too sidetracked when trying to get ready to go for errands. (Three hours between when I meant to go and when I did, but it was all stuff that needed doing.)
Coped with the heat.
Realized that I wanted to go to a thing, and talked with my partner about it.
Had fun at the thing! Contributed helpfully to the discussion, including bringing up some slightly darker topics (communication only works because of underlying respect and trust, and if trust is broken things get really bad). Met people in person! Gave moral support to the organizer in that there were more than zero people present.
Went on an exploration of a local shop, and selected some starter equipment for a possible hobby.
Had an awkward but successful (in that I said anything at all) conversation, which re-affirmed that I chose wisely. My partner is wise, kind, and caring.
