Took delivery of new laptop from surly, impatient courier.

Chatted to a friend.

Organised to get kitchen sink of Doooooom and litter-tray-room of Doooooom cleaned by a friend in exchange for $$.

Was assertive at pharmacy assistant when she got very very stroppy at me over the phone because I haven't managed to make it into the pharmacy to pick up my meds yet (because: chronic illness = severe exhaustion.)

Coped with two anxiety attacks and Tachycardia. (Does the anxiety cause the Tachycardia, or does the Tachycardia cause the anxiety attack?)

Dishwasher.

Put fresh cat litter down.

Fed cats.

Gave away frozen meals that were too spicy for me via Buy Nothing.

Laundry.

Survived the most odious bit of freshers week, the pointless group work.

Also had a good introductory meeting with disability services.

Started on dealing with the hem on youngest's choir uniform. A month after I asked them to come and try it on. Now the night before the concert they need it for. Aaaaaargh. (Satin. Polyester satin, but still. Satin).

Managed a full day's work despite jet lag.

Attended the last ever Cassini spacecraft operations telecon. There may have been a few tears.

I did work. I did not snark at the coworker who essentially sided with the meaner coworker about the work space.

I got good news.

And I talked more with people who I am fond of.

And spent a lot of money.

Wednesday

Worked on the guest room.

Tidied the living room some.

Caught up a little with my best friend.

Adjusted my ideas when my partner was not particularly up for shopping.

Made food happen.

Made chocolate chip cookies, for the first time in my partner's kitchen, and using my stand mixer myself for the first time. (It's refurbished, and I had it on loan to my old hackerspace for a while because my old apartment's kitchen was miniscule, so it's not the first time it was used ever.)

Tuesday

Gathered up the plastic plant pots to recycle them. They had been washed and were drying.

Read a good book.
