Got myself to Whitstable (a 4.5 hour journey) for a dear colleague's retirement do.

Enjoyed the retirement do.

Got myself to my place of sleep in London (a 2 hour journey).

I finished writing and sent a document of just under 5,000 words, describing how my most terrible ex should stay locked up for a long, long time.

I didn't attempt to send internet bags of poo to recruiters who ignore your location or ignore your lack of sales skills.

I got calories inside me, and a vegetable.
