A workshop, visiting a sick friend to help cheer her up, dealt with Student Loans Company's capriciousness yet again, rearranged weekend to accommodate a crisis (not mine personally)... Now need to get all the stuff off the spare bed so my boyfriend can sleep in it tonight.

Another tour done for the year. I like doing them well enough, but there was storytime afterward, which I love even more.

Also, I did not cuss out a coworker for being either direct or rude when asked to help handle a thing and they said essentially, "not my problem."

Two hours of meeting followed by six hours of training followed by travel from the Netherlands back to the UK.

Flopped.

I had productive conversations.

I returned things I turned out to not need to the store.

Four-ish years' worth of collected pennies turns out to be around $5. The coin counting machine malfunctioned and didn't give me a gift card, so I contacted their customer service and got a refund for the counting fee. (If this ever happens to someone else, I recommend going to the store customer service, explaining the situation, then stepping aside to get the coin counting machine customer service on the phone, who will then need to talk to a store manager to authorize the refund of the counting fee.)

Went to a social thing despite my partner not going. Had fun. (I now know a good threshold number of people there.)
