I feel that 'get out of bed' and 'leave the house' are my two biggest achievements of the day, given that I was up at 5am and out the door at 5:20am, and I tossed and turned until nearly midnight. Everything else was much easier.

Took a 'me day' for mental self - care yesterday.

Fought monsters in my head.

Housework.

Finally started taking the nail scissors to the sticky-uppy bits of yarn coming out of the carpet. This is going to reduce the cognitive load of "wait there's something on the floor oh nevermind it's carpet yarn" something fierce.

Helped my partner cope with their cold.

Took the night off work. Put on the first series of the new "Porridge", got drunk with Partner and put together seven of the twelve packs that comprise the Lego Saturn V. Scientists: we know how to party

I took a walk in the rain, because it helped with the cough, at least temporarily.
