Gardening! I set a sequence of tasks, I finished them all, and I cleaned up afterwards! Given I've been stuck in bed with virus for 6 out of the last 8 days, I'm stoked.

Gave an outreach talk to a group of fifty Year 5 (about 10 years old) students. They asked me questions for 35 minutes and would have gone on had the teacher not told them they needed to go to their next lesson.

They gave me flowers. They were lovely.

Thank you! Yes, that's right. I kept it short (the presentation) so they would have time for lots of questions, and I'm 100% certain they would have gone on asking for another half an hour at least if they had been allowed.

Took a recruiter call. Sent them a troubleshooting email about their document e-signing service vs. Chrome, because I am me. Successfully signed the Right to Represent forms in Firefox.

Started some laundry.

Re-arranged things in the downstairs pantry shelf. Brought up the spares I needed, after setting a reminder. ("Dear? Why is there a popcorn packet pinned to the door?")

Made a complaint about the creepy salespeople the day before. (Do not touch the door handle.)

Helped a friend pick out a present for me.

Made sure that food happened for both of us.

Talked about brainweasels with partner, instead of letting them get bigger.
